中国农户收入不平等及其决定因素——基于微观农户数据的回归分解

摘要
本文采用2003—2010年全国农村固定观察点数据,运用FY方法和MS方法对农户收入不平等进行回归分解,研究发现:区域差异是造成农户收入不平等的首要因素,其次是物质资本、人力资本、金融资产等微观因素,以及家庭特征、行业、职业等因素;制度与政策、政治与社会资本等因素对农户收入不平等的影响有限。逐步消除区域经济发展不平衡,鼓励农户非农就业,提供向低收入农户倾斜的教育和卫生服务,是降低中国农户收入不平等的有效措施。
