摘要
Presents a new characterization and evaluation of 3D surface topography based on the analysis of stochastic process variances, which uses the concepts of spectral moments and investigation of some three dimension parameters for evaluating surface roughness, such as homogeneity, anisotropy, and proves correctness of these evaluating methods and parameters with experimental results.
