创业企业韧性如何促进新产品开发？——资源保护理论视角下的单案例研究

摘要：

为解析创业企业韧性与新产品开发的逻辑关系,在依据资源保护理论基础上,构建"资源交互-韧性生成-开发绩效"的理论框架,探索情境刺激和资源保护双因子情景下,企业韧性对新产品开发不同阶段的作用机理。结果表明:为避免机会识别期较低资源保护因子和较高情境刺激因子,在产品设计期创业企业通过双向资源交互生成以团队韧性为特征的企业韧性,产品开发绩效较低。从产品设计到产品测试期,创业企业建立双向和网状式并举的资源交互模式以降低情境刺激因子,产品开发绩效较高。从产品测试到发布期,创业企业通过网状式资源交互集聚企业战略核心资源和调配生成企业韧性,在降低情境刺激和资源保护的同时,保持高的产品开发绩效。
