口吃人士语言发展的国际研究热点及启示——基于期刊Journal of Fluency Disorders分析

摘要：

本文借助Citespace对口吃领域的SSCI期刊Journal of Fluency Disorders进行分析，发现口吃人士语言发展的国际研究热点分别为认知神经机制、言语与语言治疗、生活质量，其中认知神经机制研究关注脑功能偏侧化异常、脑区间动态关系异常和知觉功能异常，言语与语言治疗聚焦于言语行为治疗、听力反馈治疗和个性化的团体言语治疗，生活质量研究集中在生活质量评估和影响因素。对比国内研究现状，未来我国研究者应进一步加强认知神经机制研究，完善研究范式；深化言语与语言治疗研究，促进本土化实践；重视生活质量研究，推动心理治疗与言语治疗融合。
