农村劳动力流动对农村收入及收入差距的影响——基于劳动异质性的视角

摘要：

劳动力之间由于性别、年龄和教育等因素的不同而存在巨大差异。本文提出了一种将此类异质性引入传统家庭收入决定方程的新方法。基于该新方法,我们可以估计出每一种特征的劳动力外出务工对农户收入的影响。利用"中国家庭追踪调查"2010年的数据,本文发现:(1)农村劳动力具有异质性,不同特征劳动力外出务工对家庭收入的影响存在显著差异;(2)考虑异质性后,一个外出务工和一个在家劳动的劳动力对家庭收入的平均贡献率分别为23.8%和22.5%,远高于传统估计下的14.8%和10.8%;(3)外出务工扩大了农村内部收入差距,而传统方法的结果却表明外出务工有可能缩小收入差距。
