智能的边界——智能教学系统中的用户自主度研究

摘要
本文从人机合作的角度对智能教学系统中的学习者的自主度进行了探讨。通过梳理人机交互设计领域和行为决策领域的相关研究,结合教学场景中的相关实验案例,讨论了智能教学系统中学习者自主度设计的大致原则:一方面,应保证学习者适当的自主度,以满足其自主性的心理需要,同时授予其部分修正系统错误的能力,减少算法厌恶的发生;另一方面,过多或不恰当的学习者自主度也无益于学习,可能导致无法为学习者的学习提供适当的支持,以及选择过载和选择困难的发生。最后,本文提出了设计智能教学系统中学习者自主度的三条具体建议:关注学习者特征,根据学习者特征设计合适的自主度;增加系统和算法的透明度,使得用户能理解智能系统的决策逻辑,或授予用户部分修改算法的权限,以减少算法厌恶的发生;为学习者提供必要的自主学习支持,而非简单地将某些学习过程的控制权交给学习者。
