数字经济下的“服务业成本病”:中国的演绎逻辑

摘要：

基于“价格效应”逻辑，选用2011—2019年中国各省份面板数据，深入考察中国是否存在“服务业成本病”以及数字经济对“成本病”的影响。研究发现：尽管目前中国存在“服务业成本病”,但是数字经济的发展可以减缓“成本病”效应。异质性研究表明，数字经济的发展可以有效弱化批发和零售业，交通运输、仓储和邮政业，金融业，房地产业等对数字化投入依赖度较高行业的“成本病”,但在住宿和餐饮业等对数字化投入依赖度较低的行业中，这种效应暂未显现；数字经济缓解“成本病”的效应在“胡焕庸线”东南地区更为显著，西北地区并不明显。进一步的机制检验发现，数字经济可以缓解“成本病”的原因在于其对服务业生产率的提升效应大于制造业。
