所有权特征、技术密集度与FDI技术效率外溢

摘要：

本文利用20022005年中国140个细分的制造业面板数据,采用随机前沿分析方法,从内资部门所有权特征、行业技术密集度、外资企业特征方面考察了外商直接投资对内资行业的技术效率外溢。经验结果表明:外资对全部内资技术密集型行业具有显著的正向技术外溢效应,而对劳动密集型行业的技术外溢不显著;非港澳台地区的外资相对于港澳台地区的外资对内资技术密集型行业的技术外溢作用较大且较为显著;外资对国有内资行业和非国有内资行业的技术效率外溢存在显著差异,外资对非国有内资行业总体上存在正向的外溢效应,非港澳台地区外资对非国有内资部门在技术密集行业的技术外溢作用较大且较为显著;外资对国有内资部门的技术密集型行业没有显著的技术外溢效应,而对国有内资部门的劳动密集型行业产生了显著的负向技术效率外溢,并且港澳台地区外资对国有劳动密集型行业的负向技术效率外溢作用较大。
