政府会影响非营利组织与企业的合作吗?

论文旨在研究非营利组织与企业合作背后的政府因素。借助于传统研究提出的三部门分析框架,我们试图运用制度理论、资源理论和社会网络理论来解释以下两个问题:政府是否会影响非营利组织与企业间的跨部门协同?上述影响是如何形成的?利用课题组于2013年在贵州省X市收集的117个非营利组织样本数据,我们检验了基于特定层次作用机制而提出的假设。结果显示,政府可以通过制度构建和资源供给的方式影响非营利组织与企业的合作。在"国家治理体系"建设的大背景下,上述研究发现的启示是:相关非营利组织应进一步获取或巩固在当地治理系统内的合法性,并合理地拓展或强化自身与特定领域内政府部门间的关系网络,从而帮助自身争取到更多的来自企业的支持和合作。
