Dear Readers: What has been much discussed recently is the export VATs rebate cutting, a proposal made by Ministry of Finance to take further action to hold in leash a possible export"surging"after China-EU textile agreement comes to an end this year and the same textile trade arrangement with USA will also be terminated at the year-end 2007.
