摘要：

从本土领导研究的现状和问题出发,根据领导研究的主要内容界定了本土领导研究应关注的四个关键问题,并按照问题导向的研究逻辑,提出本土领导研究应选择多种范式相结合的研究路径.这一路径具体可包括三个阶段:描述/诠释/建构—类型化/规律化—比较研究.提出本土领导的研究不仅要以本土领导为素材开展研究,还要选择适合揭示本土领导真相的研究方法论,而不能盲目模仿和运用西方的概念、理论和方法.
