Till now,there are 79,000 transnational enterprises and 790,000 foreign branches all over the world.Having a foreign direct investment totaled US$15 trillion,these transnational enterprises take a share of 40%in global production,60%in trade,70%in technology transfer and 90%in international direct investment.So,transnational enterprises are important driving
