摘要：
Combined with the current situation of developing China's urbanization, the paper attempts to set up an evaluation system assessing the quality of urbanization with the aim to monitor and assess the quantity expansion and quality transformation process in the course of our urbanization. Using this evaluation system, the paper assesses the urbanization quality in the eastern region in our country.
