摘要：

基于空间经济学基本研究框架,本文引入了异质性劳动力和知识溢出的假设,分析了转型经济体城镇化过程中异质性劳动力区位选择以及产生的城市均衡结构。通过模型推导和数值模拟方法,本文发现:(1)对于转型经济体而言,没有高生产率和高技术产业支撑的城镇化是不可行的;(2)劳动力知识溢出的存在,可以很好地解释"城市病"与"逃离北上广"、"民工荒"与"自然村渐逝"等"中国悖论"。本文的研究,不仅强调了产业发展和工业支撑对城镇化的重要性,更明确地提醒我们在转型发展过程中,应通过城市产业转型升级、技术进步等途径培育城市技术比较优势进而推动城镇化。
