摘要：

综述现有的身体活动和久坐行为指南及相关的高质量研究中关于儿童青少年久坐行为的定义、久坐的健康危害以及相关推荐建议。并基于研究分析,结合中国特有社会生活方式,给出《中国儿童青少年身体活动指南》中对久坐行为的定义以及相关推荐建议,以供学生、家长、医生和老师参考,为帮助学生形成健康的生活方式提供依据。
