A TRANSFORMATION METHOD OF NON-HAMILTONIAN SYSTEMS AND ITS APPLICATION

In a previous paper a transformation method of non-Hamiltonian systems has been presented. In this paper, this method is concretized, and the principle, process and forms of two kinds (the forms of the implicit function and the explicit function) of the method are discussed in detail, with the motion solution of a small celestial body under the oblateness perturbation of a principal celestial body given as an example.
