谁在利用政府补贴进行创新?——所有制和要素市场扭曲的联合调节效应

摘要
本文采用中国工业企业数据库(20032007年)的面板数据,将从资源获取和信号传递的角度来剖析不同所有制企业如何利用政府补贴进行创新,以及要素市场扭曲对政府补贴有效性的调节效应,并在此基础上进一步考察了要素市场扭曲与所有制的联合调节效应。结果发现:相比国有企业,政府补贴对民营企业创新绩效的促进作用更大;要素市场扭曲程度低的地区,政府补贴对企业创新绩效的促进作用更大;所有制对政府补贴和企业创新绩效的调节作用还依赖于要素市场的扭曲程度。
