THE MALARIA PROBLEM

We print elsewhere in this issue a paper by Prof.M.Ciuca on the"Work of the Malaria Commission of the League of Nations".It wasread before the Faculty Medical Society of the Peiping Union MedicalCollege on the occasion of his visit to the old capital.As an expertmalariologist of the Health Organization of the League,he has takenpart in all the study and investigation tours of the Malaria Commis-sion in Europe,Palestine,India,and United States,and is,therefore,eminently qualified to speak on the subject.The problems which hehas touched upon have also animportant bearing on China,so we makeno apology for drawling the attention of our readers to some of them.
