基于第一性原理的铜掺杂氧化锌对变压器油中溶解气体的吸附特性研究

摘要
油中溶解气体分析是评估变压器绝缘运行状态、保障设备安全稳定运行的有效方法之一。本文采用第一性原理研究了铜掺杂氧化锌(Cu-ZnO)对单个气体分子(CO2、H2及CH4)的吸附及传感性能,深入分析了该种传感材料检测三种气体的可行性及应用前景:研究Cu原子在ZnO表面的掺杂行为;研究Cu-ZnO对单个气体分子的吸附行为以及吸附后Cu-ZnO的能带结构、态密度及功函数变化。结果表明:Cu-ZnO对三种气体均为物理吸附:H2(-0.221 eV)、CH4(-0.148 eV)及CO2(-0.340eV);吸附三种气体后,Cu-ZnO的带隙有所改变,均呈降低趋势,但吸附CO2后的WF变化与H2及CH4相反,表明其作为场效应晶体管传感器选择性检测CO2和CH4及H2提供了可能性。本文所有内容为Cu-ZnO作为气敏传感材料实现对油中溶解气体的检测及设备绝缘运行状态的评估提供理论指导。
