摘要：

作为后工业社会的主导产业,服务业集聚现象的研究已成为经济地理学、产业经济学和城市经济学研究领域的新热点。出于对解读服务业集聚现象的社会需求的回应,当前国际上有关服务业集聚的研究主要集中在四个方面:与制造业集聚的比较;集聚的空间分布,包括服务业整体和分部门分布;集聚的成因,如集体学习过程、社会因素以及共同集聚等;集聚的效应。这些研究为我国通过调整空间结构和促进服务业集聚,实现第二、第三产业协调发展提供了可供参考的思路。另一方面,如何基于新经济地理学等理论构建适应于服务业集聚研究的分析框架,如何进行服务业集聚度的测算,以及如何推进服务业集聚与区域经济发展互动等问题将成为今后亟须探讨的课题。
