教育数字化转型的现实基础与行动框架

摘要：

数字化转型是在信息化、数字化基础上,通过充分挖掘并发挥数据的价值,以实现对教育系统的重塑,这为教育数字化转型创造了有利条件,同时也对教育系统提出了全新的挑战和要求。文章从数字技术发展和教育创新发展两个角度进行分析,发现当前的教育已然具备数字化转型的现实基础。然而,目前人们尚不清楚如何系统地去布局教育数字化转型实践。为此,文章从“转什么”“如何转”“谁来转”“转去哪”四个维度构建了教育数字化转型的行动框架,并强调:在规划转型战略时需考量目标与过程的系统变革,在设计转型方案时应遵循政策导向与实践导向的双重范式,在落实转型实践时需重视“政-校-家-社”多元协同,在检验转型成效时应聚焦教育新生态的“创变”。理清现实基础并据此制定明确的行动框架,是我们寻找未来教育数字化转型发展路向的出发点,亦是推进我国教育数字化转型战略落地的行动指南,需引起我们的高度重视。
