影响中国能源消耗碳排放因素分析——基于LMDI分解模型

摘要
为有效应对气候变化,必须明确中国能源消耗造成碳排放的驱动因素,指出制定碳减排政策的关键点。一个国家的碳排放情况由该国的能源结构、能源强度、经济水平、人口规模等多种因素共同作用决定。通过LMDI因素分解模型,对我国2000—2015年碳排放情况进行分析,结果表明:我国能源消费碳排放总量呈增长趋势,其中碳排放正向驱动力是经济效应,其次是人口规模和能源结构效应,负向驱动力是技术效应。最后,根据上述结论对我国低碳经济发展提出了相应的政策与建议。
