外部技术搜寻平衡对企业绩效影响的实证研究——企业规模的调节作用

摘要：

在中国国家知识产权局专利许可数据库中筛选出165家上市公司作为研究对象,采用结构方程模型和层次回归分析法实证检验外部技术搜寻的领域内平衡和跨领域平衡对企业创新绩效和经济绩效的影响,以及企业规模的调节作用。结果表明:企业的创新绩效与其在领域内和跨领域平衡探索性和开发性技术搜寻活动均显著正相关;企业的经济绩效与其在领域内平衡探索性和开发性技术搜寻活动显著负相关,而与其跨领域平衡探索性和开发性技术搜寻活动显著正相关;企业规模负向调节领域内平衡和企业绩效之间的关系,正向调节跨领域平衡和企业绩效之间的关系。
