摘要
Transradial coronary stenting using 5-French (5F)guiding catheters has been associated with a higherprocedural success rate,a lower frequency of vascularaccess complications and is well tolerated, particularly inthe subgroup of patients with small radial arterydiameters. In our institution we routinely use 5F guiding cathetersfor transradial percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Frequently, however,in patients with calcified lesionsthat preclude direct stenting,an initial debulking strategy
