摘要：

通过对国内外相关文献的梳理,在阐述卫生技术评估中伦理评估的概念与理论基础之上,指明伦理评估成为卫生技术评估的内在要素的理论必然性;重点介绍卫生技术评估中伦理评估的主要内容和评估方法,并结合具体案例评析不同方法的适用范围及其利弊;最后提出加强卫生技术的伦理评估对当前我国卫生决策和临床医疗实践具有重大的现实意义。
