基于专利权转移的中国区域技术流动网络研究

摘要：
通过使用来自中国国家知识产权局(SIPO,State Intellectual Property Office of China)的专利权转移数据构建中国技术流动网络,并对其演化路径进行了深入分析,发现技术流动主要集中于发达地区间,发达与欠发达地区间也存在较频繁的技术流动,而欠发达地区间的技术流动则较为罕见。文章中使用负二项分布模型、Logit模型和Probit模型对我国技术流动网络演化的影响因素进行了回归分析,结果显示:研发人力资本投入对于区域技术流动的贡献大于研发物质资本投入,这可能是由于人力资本的流动相较于物质资本更加迅速和简单,从而促进了区域技术流动;技术更可能从研发资源密集的地区,譬如北京、上海等,向经济发达的地区转移,譬如广东、江苏和浙江等;从海外引进较
