摘要
Chronic diseases, especially cardiovascular diseases, have become one of the leading health problems in China. For preventing cardiovascular diseases and improving treatment, it is necessary to regularly monitor vascular status related physiological signals at home. We designed a home-used wireless system for daily monitoring cardiovascular condition. Vital physiological signs are obtained by a chair-based measurement apparatus and then transmitted by bluetooth. Finally, these data are delivered to a remote healthcare server through internet. General practitioners can analyze the related indices and make an electronic report to users, who can check health status and understand cardiovascular risks.
