摘要：
CASE REPORT Acute myocardial infarction(AMI) is usually caused by atherosclerotic plaque disruption and thrombus formation.However,AMI is occasionally caused by coronary spasm too.We are reporting a case with AMI due to coronary spasm whose serial electrocardiogram(ECG) showed dynamic changes of T waves in precordial leads.
