破除银行业垄断能够缓解中小企业融资约束吗?

摘要：

本文以世界银行2012年《中国企业问卷调查》2179个民营企业样本为研究对象,运用Ordered Probit模型考察了中国银行业市场集中度下降和竞争程度增强对中小企业融资约束的影响。研究发现:(1)破除银行业垄断有助于缓解中小企业融资约束;(2)与大型商业银行相比,中小银行的快速成长在缓解中小企业融资约束中发挥了更大的作用;(3)不同类型的中小银行在缓解中小企业融资约束方面表现出差异化效应。
