摘要：

本文从理论上分析了金融契约效率对企业退出的影响,然后使用1998到2007年的中国工业企业数据对此进行了验证。本文发现,金融契约效率对不同生产率企业的退出具有异质性影响,地区金融契约效率提高将降低高生产率企业的退出概率,但与此同时会加速低生产率企业的退出过程,从而减少整个经济中的资源误置。对作用机制的进一步分析发现,面临融资约束的企业有显著更高的退出概率,地区金融契约效率上升会降低高生产率企业的融资约束,同时会提高低生产率企业的融资约束,因此优化了信贷资金的配置。
