公众理解雾霾污染——海淀区居民对雾霾的感知调查

摘要
本文旨在研究北京市海淀区居民对于雾霾污染的心理学反应,并以此为例,探讨一般人群对于空气污染的认知和态度。了解公众的关注和意愿,常常是环境管理中重要组成部分,也是动员全社会参与污染防治行动的前提。本文以问卷调查的方法,考察了海淀区居民对于日常生活中空气污染的感知觉察、情绪反应、责任归属和治理意愿等基本的理解状况。结果显示,受访者能够意识到目前本地区的雾霾污染,且关注度在近几年间不断提升。但人们对于复合型大气污染的成灾机制认知有限,表现为污染物识别较低,预防措施不得当。公众提高空气质量的意愿比较明确,但希望采取政府主导的治理方式。
