<正>老年抑郁症是老年人常见的精神行为问题之一。老年抑郁症的概念有广义和狭义之分。广义的老年抑郁症是指发生在老年期的所有抑郁症患者,包括既往发生的抑郁症延续到老年期的患者;狭义的老年抑郁症是指老年期首发的抑郁症患者。一般老年抑郁症常常指的是狭义的概念。老年抑郁症常常伴有认知功能的改变,而认知功能障碍的患者也常会伴有抑郁发生,二者之间相互影响,彼此渗透,给临床的诊断和治疗带来极大的困难。然而老年抑郁症常常被误解
