By means of introducing a mapping from the space of trigonometricpolynomials onto the one of algebraic polynomials,we investigate inthis paper the interpolation problems of trigonometric rational functionsand trigonometric splines.Results about the existence,uniqueness andstructure of the solutions for the rational interpolation problom areestablishcd.Recurrence relations for trigonometric B-splines andconclusion on the solvability for the problem of trigonometric splineinterpolation are given.
