摘要：

目的:观察头排针结合中药治疗帕金森病(Parkinson Disease,简称PD)的临床疗效。方法:150例PD患者按就诊先后随机分为4组,针药并用组(A组,88例)、针刺组(B组,20例)、中药组(C组,20例)和西药组(D组,22例)。A组采用头排针结合滋补肝肾、活血祛风中药治疗,针刺隔日治疗1次,10次为1疗程;B组单纯使用头排针治疗,C组单纯使用滋补肝肾、活血祛风中药治疗,D组采用口服复方多巴胺药物治疗。4组均治疗1个治疗期(3个月)观察疗效。结果:A组总有效率为89.8%,与D组(86.4%)相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05),但与C组(65.0%)相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:针药并用治疗PD的疗效较好。
