摘要：

为揭示转型期企业技术变迁的过程机理,分析技术变迁路径对转型绩效的影响机制,以中国制造企业为研究对象展开实证研究,构建结构方程模型对技术变迁与转型绩效间的关系进行分析。研究表明,生产流程改善、组织结构和人员结构优化对转型绩效有正向影响作用,制造技术对转型绩效有负向影响作用,而服务方式和管理体系对转型绩效没有明显影响;增加创新投入提升企业技术吸收和积累能力,推动全流程的自动化、信息化发展能够提升转型绩效。
