摘要
[Objective]The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of somatostatin combined with rhubarb on the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis(ASP). [Methods] The databases including WANGFANG,CNKI,CBM,CQVIP,PubMed and Cochrane library were searched. Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) relating to the combined application of rhubarb and somatostatin in treating ASP were included. The data were evaluated independently by two reviewers and analyzed by software RevMan5. 2. [Results]Finally 17 RCTs involving942 patients totally were included for analysis. Meta-analysis results showed that,in comparison with the sole use of somatostatin, its combined application with rhubarb could shorten the abdominal pain duration, the recovery time of serum amylase and average hospitalization days, could advance the first defecation time and the vital signs like the body temperature recovery time, and also could reduce the incidence of complications and proportion of treatment failure. [Conclusions]Compared with the sole use of somatostatin in traditional medications, the combined application of rhubarb and somatostatin has curative effect on ASP,worthy of clinical reference.
