摘要
Large scale wind energy development has been attached great importance in the current national energy strategy.It is planned that by 2020 seven10-GW-class wind power bases will be built in Gansu,Xinjiang,Hebei,Jilin,Inner Mongolia and Jiangsu.To create the "Three Gorges on Land,"Gansu government launched the strategies to construct the wind bases at Hexi Corridor
