ICU患者睡眠质量及影响因素的研究

摘要：

目的调查ICU患者睡眠质量现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,抽取大连市某三级甲等医院106例患者,使用自行编制的一般资料调查表和理查兹-坎贝尔睡眠量表进行调查,使用多元线性回归分析ICU患者睡眠质量影响因素。结果 ICU患者的睡眠质量得分为(47.75±21.69)分,仅10.4%的患者睡眠质量处于高水平。多元线性回归分析显示夜间主观噪音感受、住院前在家睡眠质量是ICU患者睡眠质量的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 ICU患者的睡眠质量整体处于中等或低下水平,夜间主观噪音感受、住院前在家睡眠质量严重影响ICU患者的睡眠质量。医护工作者应高度重视ICU患者的睡眠问题,采取有效措施提高其睡眠质量。
