<正>睡眠是周期发生的知觉的特殊状态。人脑干的睡眠中枢与网状结构上行激动系统共同作用调节睡眠与觉醒的相互转化。睡眠主要分为快速动眼期(rapid eye movement,REM)和非快速动眼期(nonrapideye movement,NREM)。非快速动眼期又分为4期,其中第3、第4期又可称为慢波睡眠(slow-wave
