The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Communist Party of China Central Committee adopted proposals for economic and social development in the 13 th Five-Year Program(2016-2020)in October,2015,putting forward that China should highlight "innovation,coordination,the environment,opening up and sharing" to fulfill its economic goals.These five concepts are undoubtedly the main theme of China’s economic and social development in the next five years or even for a longer term.For the textile industry,how to have a better understanding of these five concepts? And how can these five concepts be infiltrated into the development process of the textile industry in the next five years?
