开放式创新与产业集群创新绩效的关联机理研究

摘要：

产业集群实施开放式创新表现为产业集群与外部知识源的互动,具体体现在与下游用户、上游供应商、核心竞争企业、互补企业、政府部门、大学和科研机构、知识中介机构、风险投资机构的交流合作。通过问卷收集数据,运用结构方程模型对开放式创新与产业集群创新绩效间的关系进行验证。研究表明,产业集群通过加强内外部纵向合作、内外部横向合作、内外部政产学研合作、内外部公共服务平台合作有助于提高其创新绩效,而边界交互式学习在产业集群开放式学习过程中扮演着重要角色。针对研究结论,从企业层面和政府层面提出了对策建议。
