美国超学科人才培养的实践——以加州大学欧文分校社会生态学院为例

摘要：

随着新的知识生产模式的出现,超学科取向突破学科之间的界限,整合多学科的理论观点和方法,日益成为一种重要的研究发展方向,而美国的高校和研究机构在超学科研究和人才培养方面积累了丰富的经验。本文对超学科及有关概念进行了辨析,并选取美国加州大学欧文分校社会生态学院三个典型的不同层次的超学科人才培养的项目、课程,对其超学科人才培养的理念、目标、形式、成效等进行探讨,同时分析其对我国人才培养的启示。
