摘要
Ⅰ. INTRODUCTIONQBO (quasi-biennial oscillation), originally referred to the quasi-periodic oscillation of the wind field with about 27 months in the tropical lower stratosphere. Afterwards, a lot of investigations indicated that QBO is an important phenomenon for the atmospheric circulation in the tropical lower stratosphere. It is not only related to the circulation and environ-
