文化适应学习模型:一个面向全球受众的创新教学设计模型

摘要：

在全球化和数字化日益密切联系的今天,让不同文化的个体学习需求与在线、面授、移动或混合学习等环境下的教学内容设计和呈现方式达成一致非常重要。很多教育工作者和设计人员经常要为与自身背景与文化迥然不同的学习者设计教学活动。本研究提出文化适应学习模型(CALM)为跨文化教学和学习经验设计提供新方式,还提出一个调查工具测试该学习模型。结果表明,该模型可以用来引导教学活动的设计并使之便利化。研究者在第一阶段调查了包含教育者和培训人员在内的105名参与者。基于全面的文献综述和调查结果,本研究创建的调查工具可作为数据采集器,帮助教育者开展文化敏感性教学。同时,教育工作者和教学设计人员可借鉴文化适应学习模型设计教学,更好地适应国际学生和员工的学习偏好。
