人类社会已进入数字时代,由于信息技术、信息资源、用户需求等环境因素的变化所带来的影响,引发人们对数字素养及数字素养教育的诉求。图书馆作为社会教育、缩小数字鸿沟、维护信息公平的重要文化机构,发挥自身知识服务优势,创新与合作,承担用户数字素养教育之职能,是其义不容辞的社会责任。
