栀子化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘要
栀子具有泻火除烦、清热利尿、凉血解毒等功效,常用于治疗自身免疫性疾病、糖尿病和肝脏损伤等。现代研究发现,栀子化学成分复杂,主要有环烯醚萜类、二萜类、黄酮类和有机酸酯类等。栀子苷是从栀子中分离得到的一种环烯醚萜苷类化合物,具有抗感染、免疫调节和抗氧化等多种药理作用。栀子苷可恢复促炎/抗炎细胞因子的动态平衡,调节免疫细胞的功能和活化,减少炎症递质和炎症因子的产生,以及调节多种信号通路发挥抗感染和免疫调节作用。
