摘要：

中国的"一带一路"倡议与东道国的制度因素对中国对外直接投资行为产生的效应不同,本文运用GMM方法并基于扩展的引力模型,对世界187个国家(地区) 2003—2015年的跨国动态面板数据进行实证分析。研究结果表明:发展中经济体的东道国制度因其不完善而成为中国对外直接投资的动因,同时,欧洲地区将成为中国推进"一带一路"倡议并发挥应有效力的落脚点。鉴于此,中国的对外直接投资应选择"一带一路"沿线的欧洲发展中经济体,并借力亚洲基础设施投资银行的资金支持沿线亚洲经济体的基础设施建设。
