人工智能对劳动力市场影响研究进展

摘要：
人工智能的应用和发展对劳动力市场产生了重要影响,现有文献主要研究人工智能对就业总量和就业结构的影响。通过文献梳理发现:一方面,人工智能会替代部分劳动,降低劳动力就业水平,减少劳动报酬;另一方面,人工智能也能够创造新的工作岗位,提高劳动力需求,增加劳动者收入。人工智能的影响在不同技能水平、不同行业、不同区域的人群中存在差异。从技能结构来看,人工智能可能导致就业极化并扩大收入差距;从行业结构来看,人工智能加速了劳动力向服务业的转移;从区域结构来看,人工智能对劳动力就业的影响与地区制度、政策制定、经济发展水平等有关。基于以上分析,本文进一步就如何应对人工智能可能引发的就业冲击提供了政策建议。
