兼职创业绩效的影响机制研究

摘要：
以338名兼职创业者为样本,基于"能力—资源—认知—绩效"综合框架,检验各创业要素对生存型和成长型兼职创业两类绩效的异质性影响。结果表明:创业网络能力和创业学习能力通过不同的路径影响兼职创业绩效;当兼职创业者面临严峻的创业生存困境时,制约兼职创业绩效的主要原因是资金和市场资源的不足;当出现企业持续增长的阻碍时,制约兼职创业绩效的主要原因是缺乏人力和技术资源。此外,创业认知在创业能力与兼职创业绩效之间起到了积极作用。
