摘要
腹部腹腔粘连是手术后较为常见的并发症,可导致多种不良影响。发病机制现尚不明确,目前主要认为是炎症反应、纤溶系统的失衡最终导致纤维蛋白沉积,形成粘连,间皮细胞是其中的关键细胞,不仅参与整个过程,上皮-间充质细胞的转移过程(EMT)决定着粘连的形成。现阶段通过直接或间接利用间皮细胞防治术后腹腔粘连的研究愈多,综述了间皮细胞的基本生理病理及在腹腔粘连形成中的作用,联合相关中医药防治措施,以期能有更有效的治疗措施。
